Guest Services Team Member

Our goal at SeaQuest is to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience interacting with animals from all over the world. SeaQuest is looking for a Guest Services Team Member who will enhance the guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, and energetic environment throughout the aquarium. The Guest Services Team Member is responsible for assisting customers and reports directly to the Guest Services Manager. Click here to apply online.

Guest Services Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Offer specials promoted by SeaQuest, explain products in gift shop and assist customers with selecting merchandise
  • Assist with inventory
  • Ensure store visual merchandising and presentation standards are implemented
  • Up-sell products and activities to elevate the guest experience
  • May be required to work with animals

Guest Services Team Member Requirements:

  • Two years experience in a retail environment
  • Theme park, zoo, science center, or attraction background preferred
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively
  • Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player
  • POS experience
  • Experience with animals a plus
